Timer II Released
Last week I released Timer II, the updated oven timer application written in Applescript Studio. This new version includes a "sleep to music" function and an alarm function that allows you to wake to spoken text, a sound file, or an iTunes playlist, album, or artist.
I've been using the application here at home for several months and finally realized that I needed to put some polish on it and contribute it to the Mac community. It's been working great for me, so hopefully someone else will get some use out of it as well.
That's largely why I contribute these little applications. I write them to suit myself and once it works the way I want it to, I figure others might benefit from it. I'm not out to "change the world" with my stuff, just solve some nagging problem that gets under my skin.
If you want Timer II, you can find it at Geeksuit.com, as well as Scriptbuilders, VersionTracker, and. MacUpdate.
